I have over 20 years of work experience, spanning from Customer Service to Administrative to Teaching to Leadership positions.
In nearly every job I've had, I've elevated the work being done and literally written the book on how to do it (SOPs). I've been the detail-oriented one.
I created Green Hummingbird to help purpose-led leaders and organizations to get set up for success and maintain operations that would otherwise be overwhelming with their current resources.
I'm also Neurodivergent, and understand how ND brains work better than most (it became a hyperfocus), so I adapt to what is needed for most effectiveness.
Bookkeeping is my newest offering, as so many clients and potential clients were in need. And quite frankly, I wanted to feel more secure in my own business financials. (It was the scariest part of starting my own business, to me.)

I typically like to be very upfront and transparent about my pricing structures. Where most other businesses will make you go through the rigmarole of giving you their contact information or setting up a high pressure sales call, I would rather not waste your time or my own by pushing anyone into a call that will ultimately end in "I can't afford that."
